Place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day and standard. This applies to the mainland UK only. Next day delivery will not apply to orders placed after 3pm, on a Saturday, Bank Holiday or during busy or Sale periods. Exclusions apply.

Standard UK delivery (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) is £4.00.

We keep as much stock as possible, so we can supply your order quickly..Usually within 24 hours... 

However some items can be delayed and please note are made to orders take 14 working days to produce and can sometimes can exceed the 14 day period.

Online ordering and your secruity.

The website operates a shopping cart. Select the item you want, choose options (Size/Colour/Quantity/etc) and add to shopping cart. On check-out you will be taken to the shipping and payment method page followed by a payment page. Orders are encrypted for your security and we operate under a secure server and never hold any credit card information of any customer, We take security seriously and you should to. Never enclose credit card details in emails to us. If we email you about your credit card, we will only specify the last four digits of the card number, nothing else. 

Prices

  • All prices are in United Kingdom pounds sterling (GBP) but you can select Euros or USD from the right top side when viewing any item.

Payment

  • We accept Paypal, UK personal cheques / UK postal orders, online transfers, MasterCard, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Solo, and Switch Cards. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Exchange/cancellations

Please order with care and contact us in case of any query you may have regarding selecting a right size item. We appreciate some customers may buy the items for partners as a surprise gifts and may like to check how particular designes sizes run, please email us or call us regarding selecting a right size, Asking before you order can often save yourself and us time and money. 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order please email or telephone us or send the item back enclosing your contact number and details. Our email is Info@eimee.co.uk

Orders placed with special offers / promitional prices and discounts will not be refunded but customers are welcome to exchange or have a Credit note for any future orders. 

Returns

Returning an item to us couldn’t be easier! Please return back to us unworn and with its original packaging with labels/tags intact.

All customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return. All items must be sent back via recorded delivery. This is also specified on the Delivery Note that comes inside Order packages.  

Non-European Union Customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package or will request you to pay the costs. 

Exchanging Corsets or swaps

Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tighlyt when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition in original packaging. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control. If you have questions about a garment please contact us before you order, we are always happy to help. Our exchange and returns policy is designed to protect our customers and keep our costs and consequent prices down.
